DISCUSSION > Voice Your Opposition For The Proposed Stadium in Santa Clara

Attenion: San Franciscans, and residents of the North, East, and South Bays.
You can voice your opinion about the proposed Santa Clara Stadium on the: Chronicles sfgate - 49er Insider Blog, SF 49er message board community - www.49ers.com, and also on niner noise - www.ninernoise.com.

Your opinions go a long way in regards to keeping the 49ers in SF, where they belong. For instance there was a kick off rally for the proposed stadium in Santa Clara on 1/23/10, it was announced on the 49er Insider Blog on the sfgate. And it would have been really great if the opposition to the 49ers moving to Santa Clara would have showed up. The Yorks believe they HAVE NO OPPOSITON to their move from San Francisco...show them they do!

News update: If you get a chance please go online, and read an article by Ken Garcia, in the sfexaminer - www.sfexaminer.com. Titled: Fault Lines - NFL bruises stadium plan.
From what I am hearing the NFL has many concerns about the Yorks current proposed stadium site in Santa Clara. The Santa Clara site has many flaws, from the parking situation, to no Monday Nite Football. Also the NFL does not like the site, or the design of the stadium, and they have concerns about putting such a huge debt on such a small community as Santa Clara. Also due to the economy, the Yorks are having a hard time finding financing for the proposed stadium.

Lastly...Jeff you have the wrong rendition of the HP Stadium next to the map of the SF site, thats the Santa Clara rendition.
